Our Cub Pack
We are a friendly Pack and meet for 1 hour 30 minutes every Thursday during school term time, and do a variety of activities from map reading to hikes, making Christmas cards to role play and cooking - every week is different! We also have great fun playing a variety of games each week. We have a lot of young people in our Cub pack and it can get loud! To help our Cubs get the most out of their time with us we invited them to make a code of conduct which sets out the ways in which we as leaders and our young people should behave, and this has been updated by our Cubs for 2024. Do's · Have fun · Help others (do a good turn every day) · Be a friend to others · Treat other people the way you want to be treated · Respect others, behave, be kind and helpful · Listen to the Leaders and Young Leaders · Try your best and never give up · Be the best version of yourself Don'ts · DON’T break property · DON’T bully anyone including racism or being mean · DON’T pick your nose · DON’T chew your uniform or let it get sweaty · DON’T swear, argue, lie or be rude · DON’T put your feet on the walls · DON’T make bad choices · DON'T cheat at games · DON'T drop litter This Code of Conduct will help ensure we continue to create an atmosphere of fun in a safe environment, whilst continuing to promote the values of Scouting. We strongly support an anti bullying policy within Sandon Cub Pack. Any bullying will be dealt with swiftly and fairly with all parties concerned. If you have any comments about your child's experience in the Cub Pack, please come and talk to us in confidence. |
